I'm feeling tired this morning, and my hamstrings are sore, to boot. I made it to the gym this morning and did 46 minutes on the recumbent bycicle. I'm even more tired now. I wonder if I could've just used a day off from exercise. George and I are joining his family for brunch in a bit, but I see a nap in my future, like this afternoon!
I ran 20.88 miles this past running week, the first time I've had a 20-mile week in quite a while! Yay!
