This morning I went back to my regular gym, but was still tired from all the weekend's activities. I surprised myself by going 35 minutes on the treadmill (running the whole time) for 2.57 miles, followed by 15 minutes (2.58 miles) on the recumbent bicycle. I'm still tired. Need to make a habit of getting to bed early this week.
