Shorter Workout

This morning I did a 30 minute workout on the elliptical, just a "normal" workout and not one of the special programs on the machine (my favorite is the Gluteal #2, which I did yesterday). I'm feeling a little tired and still sore this morning, so I took it a little slow as well. Tomorrow's my first run with the Galloway training group, and I'm really excited about it!
