This morning I decided to run to the nearby neighborhood I usually drive to run my morning run. Part of the way there, I ran in the grass, which was damp and a little "icky," so I was glad to get back on pavement. Otherwise it was a pretty good run, 2.93 miles in 40 minutes. I felt a little sluggish at first, but once I warmed up, it went smoothly.
