As of this morning, I've lost 42.4 lbs since I've started the
Rice Diet. Feeling pretty good about that! I'm thankful to still be able to go to the Rice House for my meals (except for workday lunches, which they pack for me), the daily medical check-ins (weight, fasting blood sugars, blood pressure), and the bi-weekly bloodwork. It's all helping me stay on track!
