Morning Gym Crowd

Well, I've exercised every morning for a week now, and I must admit it's getting a little easier. It's also been interesting. I'm beginning to notice some early morning regulars there with me. I'm the most overweight person I've seen there in the early morning. Most of the other regulars are very thin and very fit. I wonder if this is a good sign for me. ;-)

Hanging with the fit and thin crowd will rub off. Hang out with them any free moment you can. You'll notice they put effort in the workout and make the time count since they're active people with many interests like you. You'll notice they eat smartly too, generally. I notice they make healthy choices and eat smaller potions. Of course, they can't hold a candle to the Rice Diet, but they probably share many of your diet's goals. You're doing an amazing job!
