weekend's workouts

12/30 35 min on treadmill, 1.7 miles
12/31 35 min on cross trainer, 2.15 miles
1/2/06 35 min on cross trainer, 2.4 miles

I'm enjoying the cross trainer, while the treadmill is getting boring. One thing that helps with the cross trainer is that there's a little diagram of the muscles you're working on. This visual is a good thing! Kinda like the pictures on the weight machines that show you what muscle group that machine isolates.

The walk into work this morning was easier! Woohoo!
