When I got to the gym this morning, it was pretty crowded (a lot like January, with New Years Resolution-ers), so I got on the elliptical machine for 20 minutes. Then I noticed a treadmill was open, so I wiped down the elliptical and moved over to the treadmill. Well, it turned out the one empty treadmill was broken! :-( So...I got BACK on the elliptical for another 15 minutes. I like the elliptical, but I'd had my heart on some running today.
Tomorrow, I hope to run!
