A Little Bit of Different Things
This morning I did 10 minutes on the recumbant bike, 15 minutes on the elliptical, and 30 minutes of walking outside. I enjoyed doing a variety of things today, especially since my legs are still feeling a little tired from Saturday's long run. I plan to return to running tomorrow.
