I just didn't feel like getting into my car this morning before I need to for work (thanks to last night's after-work meeting from 7-9 north of Hillsborough), so I fired up the Garmin and took a 46-minute walk. I feel better for having walked, but am still very tired. I'll be heading to bed early tonight!
