One of the runners in my pace group was having Achilles tendon issues yesterday, and as it happens, one of the running blogs I follow and checked this morning, RunnerDude's Blog, had a new post about calf exercises, which can help with Achilles tendon issues! My running coach prescribed calf raises to me early on, and of all the exercises she's told me to do, calf raises have been the most neglected.
