Keep On Keepin' On

I made it for 45 minutes on the elliptical this morning for 3.51 miles. It felt really good to build up a bit of a sweat!

This afternoon I had an echocardiogram to follow up with the heart murmur. It was fascinating to see some of the pictures, and hear the sounds of my heart and blood flowing through. The echo. tech documented the murmur and a lot of other areas of my heart--it was an impressively thorough test. The murmur is a mild one, nothing to worry about right now, but the cardiologist is supposed to read it over today or tomorrow and send the results to my doctor.
