This morning I did a 5 minute warmup on the bike, stretches, then 65 minutes on the elliptical. I did more stretches after my shower, as I was getting ready to meet George's family for brunch.
I started Week 2 of my Take 20 (Off) Challenge today. After one week, I'm down 8.2 lbs! I'm excited about that, but I know the loss rate will slow down. I'll ride it as long as I can, though!
