This morning I only did 45 minutes on the elliptical. Was tired and a little short on time, as I'd spent some time doing some chores this morning.Life has been so busy and hectic the past week or so! I'm hoping to get out for a walk around the campus today to round out the hour of exercise.
My fasting blood sugar this morning was 79! Wow!
My next 5K is a week from Saturday, so I'll continue to forge ahead!
