This morning I started with 5 minutes on the treadmill, then did 60 minutes on the elliptical machine. I'd like to increase my treadmill running time, but have been hesitant to do so. I'm not sure why, really. I'm not scared of signing up for a 5K now, as I have two 5Ks in November. I think part of it is that I'm worried about the plantar fasciitis getting worse again, and the elliptical machine feels safe.
At any rate, getting 65 minutes of cardio in again feels great!
