Trip to REI

I shopped at REI across from Southpoint for the first time tonight, and I must admit I really enjoyed the store! It made me want to go hiking and camping! I stocked up on SportsBeans, and got a couple of gu flavors to try. I also got this ball thing on the left to try on my feet, especially for the plantar fasciitis in my left. It's under my foot as I type, and it feels so good to roll my foot on it!

Now George is rubbing the ball on my shoulders and neck--ahhhhhhh (he's hired!)!
