55-minute Workout
I couldn't bring myself to run this morning, still a bit tired from yesterday's run. Instead, I did 40 minutes on the recumbant bike, which I enjoyed a lot. Wish it burned more calories, but it was nice just to peddle for a while. Then I did 15 minutes on the elliptical machine, and actually worked up a sweat there. It was hard to get my legs moving on the elliptical at first, but it felt good once I got going.
