Back on the Elliptical
I did 50 minutes on the elliptical machine this morning. Had meant to get to the gym in time to go a full hour, but it didn't happen today. I've decided to try to do more on the elliptical this week, since it burns more calories. Last week I did more on the recumbant bike, over 18 miles, but only 4 miles on the elliptical. Today I did 3.78 miles, so a good start to the week already!
