I got on the elliptical this morning and just stayed there! Lasted 50 minutes on it, which was fun. Worked up a good sweat.
I don't know what I'm going to do about my second run of the week. Tomorrow SHOULD be a rest (or at least a non-run) day, since I have the long run coming up on Saturday. If I end up going with the slower paced group on Saturday, I could get away with a run tomorrow, though, I bet. Decisions, decisions. I COULD crosstrain tomorrow, see how the run goes on Saturday, and run again on Sunday if I'm feeling up to it.
