This morning I ended up doing a 36 minute workout, all on the recumbant bicycle. I was tired from the get-go, but knew I'd feel better after doing some sort of workout, so I just settled in and peddled for a total of 6.2 miles. I do feel more awake, but think I still have some legs left for tomorrow's long run, which will be 10 miles.
