Long Workout
This morning I started with 15 minutes on the recumbant bike at the gym, then got on the elliptical machine. I'd planned on going to run outside after a little while on the elliptical, but I got on a roll, listening to podcasts and music on my iPod, and went for a while hour on the elliptical! After 75 minutes total, I figured I didn't need anymore exercise for now, especially after yesterday's long run. I'm a little tired now, but it's a good tired.
