Some Running
This morning I finally got back to running--yay! I was tired this morning after a busy evening yesterday, so I didn't really feel like running when I started. Once I got my legs moving, the fog cleared from my head, and the running felt pretty good. The weather helped-a very pretty morning, if not a little humid. I ran/walked for 40:32 minutes and 2.61 miles. Afterward, I hopped on the recumbant bike at the gym for another 15 minutes.
