1) Rode 3.58 miles (20 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Walked 0.58 mile (10:05 min) on the treadmill
3) Stretched the IT bands for about 5 min
4) Ran 0.50 mile (6:05 min) on the treadmill
Short today, as I have an 8 AM physical therapy appointment. The short run is feeling good, though--looking forward to extending it.
