1) Rode 6.3 miles (35 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Stretched the IT bands and did PT-recommended strength exercises for hips and glutes for about 10 min.
3) Walked 0.32 mile (6 min) on the treadmill
I'm a bit sore and tired this morning, between the physical therapy stuff and running more yesterday than I have in a while (plus I got to bed late last night), so I decided to take it a bit easy at the gym today.
