Short Sunday Workout

Since I had to be at church at 8:30 this morning to participate as a Worship Associate, I had a pretty short workout. I rode 1.77 miles (10 min) on the recumbent bike, stretched my right IT band for about 2 minutes, then rode another 3.6 miles (20:04 min) on the bike. Better than nothing, right?! And I did make time to stretch--some!
