1) Walked 0.53 mile (10 min) on the treadmill
2) Ran 0.40 mile (5 min) on the treadmill
3) Rode 5.4 miles (30:01 min) on the recumbent bike
I'm continuing the crosstraining, but got a little more running in today. I didn't hurt while I was running, but the outside of my right leg was tight later. Tomorrow, the doctor--yay!

Try something for me, try running (treadmill or otherwise) barefoot just for a few minutes. Not too fast, just a nice easy pace, but running nonetheless and let me know if you have any pain at all.

Hi Brandon, I will give it a try soon. Actually, though, I don't feel pain when I'm running any more, the pain comes a couple hours later, when I'm walking down 2 flights of stairs to get to my car and drive to work. The outside of my right leg gets really tight.
