I decided to go ahead and make an appointment with the orthopaedist about my right leg (IT band, I think), and she can see me on Friday-yay!. I saw that doctor earlier about another injury, and she was great! She may refer me to physical therapy again, but I figure that the earlier I start, the sooner I can run more miles! Woohoo! :)

If you haven't tried the foam roller yet, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! I have been using it consistently for the past few weeks and have noticed a huge difference. Roll out your entire body, from hips to the ankles, quads, hams, and even your butt!

I bought a foam roller over the weekend, and have used it a few times. I still feel kinda awkward using it, but I'll keep trying! I'm determined! :)
