Memorial Day Workout

1) Rode 6.33 miles (35:01 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Stretched the IT Bands for about 5 min.
3) Ran 0.40 mile (5:01 min) on the treadmill
4) Walked 0.60 mile (10:10 min) on the treadmill
5) Ran 0.40 mile (5:03 min) on the treadmill
6) Walked 0.30 mile (5:06 min) on the treadmill

I felt much better today, after taking yesterday off from running and having a lighter workout. Could've gone longer, but George and I plan to do some hiking today.
