1) Rode 6.27 miles (35:03 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Stretched both IT bands for about 5 min. total
3) Walked 1.12 miles (20:05 min) on the treadmill
I was tempted to try running again this morning to see if it felt better, but decided to wait until a little later in the week!
