Sunday Walk and Bike
This morning I headed to the gym kinda late, and decided to walk outside first, eventhough it was getting warm. I walked 2.35 miles in 45:10 minutes, and while it felt good to be outside, I wasn't worth much for the rest of the workout. I went inside, stretched my IT bands for 5 minutes, and got some water. I managed to ride the recumbent bike for 1.03 miles (6 min), but didn't feel like pushing anymore this morning. Blah. Some days are like that, so I'm not gonna fret over it.
