1) Rode 2.11 miles (12 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Stretched the right IT band for about 2 min
3) Rode 6.3 miles (35:02 min) on the recumbent bike
4) Walked 0.57 mile (10:06 min) on the treadmill
5) Did 0.44 mile (6 min) on the elliptical
Nothing like a little crosstraining, huh?! I miss running, and have to something about the weight that's creeping back on! I'm looking for an attitude check now. Know where I can find one? *sigh*
