I was up in the night again with coughing spells, so I'm still not 100% yet. Still, it felt good to get to the gym, especially to run a little bit! I'm getting well and back on track. I think the rest did my legs some good.
1) Rode 6.2 miles (35:06 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Ran 0.57 mile (7:05 min) on the treadmill
