I did 40 minutes on the elliptical this morning. My groin muscle is still sore, and I'm generally tired this morning. I got close to 6 hours of sleep last night, not too bad, so I decided to take it a bit easy on the workout, especially after the hour-long workout yesterday.
I'm glad to be able to continue the cardio workouts, but I continue to eye the weights and weight machines. They're calling my name.
