This morning I ended up doing a variety of things for just a bit. I did the elliptical machine for 20 minutes, then tried running for 6 minutes for .51 miles. (The groin muscle is still a little sore.) Then I did 5 minutes with the 5 lb free weights.
I checked my fasting blood sugar after exercising for the first time in a while, and it was 88! Yay!

I've been catching up on your blog just now, and see you have a pulled groin muscle! Ouch!....I don't think I've ever experienced that?
Bummer......so that means you didn't get to run the Coach Bubba 4 miler today?
