This morning I started by running 36 minutes on the treadmill for 3.54 miles, a 10:10 average pace. I was tempted to longer, but wanted to go a little easy on the running, with the race coming up on Sunday. I'm also joining a group run for the first time in the morning! I'm excited about that, but feeling a little intimidated too.
Anyway, I got on the elliptical machine for 25 minutes, for 2.03 miles. It felt good to be back on the elliptical! Felt good to get an hour of exercise in again.
