This morning I was back at Anytime Fitness, and did 45 minutes on the elliptical machine (3.39 miles). I was pretty worn out by yesterday's 65 minute elliptical session, so I was surprised to last 45 minutes today. I even tried the treadmill after that, and ran .43 miles in 5 minutes. No big speed record there, and I'm still feeling the groin pull, but it was a good gym session, all in all.
I ended up with 1.14 running miles for the week, a sign of the times. I'm looking forward to my appointment with the orthopaedist at the sports medicine clinic on Tuesday.
