Short Bike Ride
This morning I did 30 minutes on the recumbent bike at the gym. I still had some sore muscles from yesterday, and I wanted to save some energy for the day's events (being a Worship Associate at church this morning and lunch aftward with the family). It was a good day, all in all, but I'm looking forward to more exercise tomorrow. (I think I still feel a little gipped from Saturday.)
