This morning I feel more rested, which is a relief. I only ran 5 minutes on the treadmill, though, as I wanted to check out some new arch supports. (The plantar fasciitis in my left foot has been bothering me since last weekend's run.) They feel okay, so I decided to save my legs (and feet) for tomorrow's 10-mile run. I hopped on the elliptical and did 40 minutes on it, working the legs but without the impact.
I hope the plantar fasciitis does okay tomorrow morning.
