Vacation Workout
This morning I had the luxury of staying a little longer at the gym, since I'm off work tody. I started with 15 minutes on the recumbent bike, then 45 minutes on the elliptical, and then six minutes on the treadmill. A little bit of almost everything--it felt good. I could've done more, but George and I are heading to Winston-Salem today!
