On the Run
I almost didn't run this morning, but I'm glad I did! I went to the gym initially, and had to talk myself into getting on the treadmill. When the "increase speed" button on the treadmill's console got stubborn, I got determined to run. So I put on the Garmin (which I had with me) and went running around the neighborhoods near the gym. I ended up going 2.93 miles in 45:42 doing a run/walk combo. I felt a little sluggish at first, but afterward, I felt good enough to get on the recumbent bike at the gym for another 15 minutes.
