This morning I ran on the treadmill for 21 minutes, then hopped on the elliptical for 21 minutes. Why 21 minutes each? I'm not sure, except that it felt like I was pushing past 20 minutes on each machine, a little extra umph.
I think I'm going to try out the North Carolina Roadrunners Club's "Thirsty Thursdays" July Series this evening. I'm not much of an evening runner, but I decided to try out another social running event. It looks like they're offering some cool door prizes, another reason to try it out! :)
