I'm trying to resist the temptation to run every day, so I stayed with the elliptical machine this morning. I went for 31 minutes, but pressed the pause button one too many times and reset the machine before I recorded the mileage or calories. I know I did over 2 miles, though, and more than 300 calories burned. I decided to push the workout a bit, and it felt good.
As I'm starting to run a little more, I'm feeling the plantar fasciitis again, trying to be good to my foot and stretch things out.
