A little Farther
I got some rest last night, so I feel better this morning. I got a little more than I expected, as I forgot to set my alarm last night so I overslept a bit this morning. At the gym, I ran for 10:05 minutes and .71 miles, a new post-injury record! (It makes 1.45 miles for the week so far.) My knee bothered me a little, but not much. No wanting to overdo it, I switched to the elliptical for 26 minutes (2.01 miles).
