Getting Ready for Tomorrow

Tomorrow's the Cary Road Race! I signed up for the 5K before I got injured, so I haven't trained like I planned. I've decided to give it a try anyway.

So today's workout was pretty light. I did 11 minutes on the elliptical, then walked for 21 minutes on the treadmill. No running today, saving my legs tomorrow.
