This morning I did a 5K in 40 minutes on the elliptical machine. It felt good to have a hard workout on the elliptical again, and to get back to the iPod. (I didn't feel like using it on my run yesterday, wanted to be aware of the sounds around me.)
I'm getting back to my stretching again, and I can tell I need it!
