I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes (1.78 miles) this morning, then did some stretching and strength exercises for my IT bands, hips, and glutes. I've been tired and achy all day, so I've been taking it easy today, even took a nap!
Back at it tomorrow!

How is your IT Band feeling? Did the physical therapy help at all? I have had some tightness in my left IT bands, and the foam roller seems to help the most...the excruciating pain is worth it! Looking forward to hearing your progress :)
