Easy Sunday Morning Workout
1) Rode 7.2 miles (40:06 min) on recumbent bike 2) Walked 0.35 mile (6 min) on treadmill 3) Ran 0.4 mile (5:09 min) on treadmill 4) About 5 min stretching
