Monday Morning Workout
1) Rode 6 miles (30:21 min) on the recumbent bike 2) Ran 1.25 miles (15:07 min) on the treadmill 3) Walked 1.20 miles (20:07 min) on the treadmill 4) Ran 0.59 miles (7:01 min) on the treadmill
Tired this morning, need to get to bed earlier tonight!
