This morning, I decided to take it a little easy, as my right hip felt a little tender again. I did a lot of standing the past two nights, on top of yesterday's short long run. It's a good reminder that I need to work on my core muscles.
1) Rode 4.48 miles (25:02 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Walked 1.46 miles (25:04 min) on the treadmill
3) Ran 1.22 miles (15:09 min) on the treadmill

Do you stretch your ITband at all? Or have you tried the foam roller? Just my two cents. I have done both and it has made a world of a difference!

I don't do either, thanks for the reminder! I've seen the foam roller at a number of stores--is it good for what doesn't ail you yet? Or is it just good for injuries after the fact?
Gonna look for some IT band stretches. Don't want to go down that road if I can help it!
