1) Rode 6.29 miles (35 min) on the recumbent bike.
2) Walked 1.03 miles (17 min) on the treadmill.
3) Ran 0.40 mile (5 min) on the treadmill.
I'm still pretty sore and tired from the weekend's long run and 5K. I should've just not run today, but I'm stuck on this not-taking-a day-off-from-running streak. I hope I don't get knocked off by overtraining. Must be careful.
